Who the True Heroes Are?

Who the True Heroes Are? is all focused on one thing in the drawing. The upper left hand corner. The firemen. The firemen are the ones that raised the flag at 9/11 in 2001, and behind them, barely seen, are the Twin Towers. Surrounding them are many, many heroes of fantasy and sci-fi epics. If you dont know who they are, go ahead and read on, but I'd like for people to try and figure it out before they do read.

Spider-Man (Spider-Man Movies)
Dorothy (The Wizard of Oz)
Anakin Skywalker (Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith)
Alice (Resident Evil Movies)
Batman (Batman Begins)
Neo (The Matrix)
"V" (V for Vendetta)
Frodo Baggins (Lord of the Rings Movies/Books)
The Terminator (Terminator Movies)

Though all these people are heroes in their own right, heroes we all have seen and know to be heroes, the firemen are the true heroes. The real heroes that put their lives on the line for us. It only took me about two weeks and two days to draw this, and it's the highlight entry of my portfolio for the All-City High School Art Exhibit this year, representing the Triumph over Fear in the theme of Triumph.
